- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome, valued, and satisfied with their experience
- Greet and cash out customers, handling transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Stock the topping bar, clean the kitchen and equipment, and maintain a clean and safe dining area
- Serve made-to-order products, ensuring that every guest receives their order correctly and in a timely manner
- Take initiative to exceed guest expectations, identifying opportunities to improve our services and products
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a food service or retail setting
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
