Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth with both existing and prospective customers, focusing on executing inbound and outbound calls, establishing strong relationships, and achieving designated monthly sales metrics. Key Responsibilities

- Develop leads, proactively call interested and prospective customers, and drive opportunities to present additional products to current customers, achieving and exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual sales metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales-related information, ensuring the safety and security of data within customer tracking systems.
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, continually educating oneself on all products to ensure proficiency in answering customer questions and resolving issues.
- Partner with other team members to ensure customer service excellence, providing additional resources as needed, and demonstrating a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma, with an Associate's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in an inside sales or customer service environment, with a proven track record of successful sales experience.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills, with a strong attention to detail and critical thinking aptitude.
- Ability to work in a self-motivating, fast-paced, results-oriented environment, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Data entry and CRM experience, with strong computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft products, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Call center phone system or cloud-based contact center experience, specifically with Five9.
- Previous experience working in a hybrid or remote environment, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
