  • *Roles & Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Researching, creating, and executing exceptional itineraries for clients, including airline, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and event/ticket sales
  • Reviewing individual needs and wants for travel to ensure that you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their needs
  • Completing ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel
  • Attending ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized with specific destinations
  • Becoming an ambassador for the brand and working alongside other team members
  • Providing suggested budgets for clients and reviewing budgets to plan trips according to clients' budget constraints
  • Creating promotional materials to utilize and staying up-to-date on changes within the tourism industry
  • Monitoring restrictions on travel that come and go and booking travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc.)
  • Effectively communicating with clients pre/post travel and promptly responding to all travel inquires
  • Effectively managing your time when researching trips and communicating with clients
  • Handling issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients
  • Maintaining up-to-date information within our software and networking with tour operators regarding packages that you can offer to clients
  • Participating in FAM trips when possible
  • *Requirements**

To be successful as a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work within the US
  • Be fluent in English
  • Be able to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background a plus)
  • Have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommended but not required
  • Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required

The expected salary for this position is $35,000 - $75,000 per year.
