As a key member of our Member Support team, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive customer support experience and building strong relationships with our members. Our data services and solutions bring the voice of the individual to the entire marketing spectrum, from market research to marketing and advertising. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Agent - French Speaking, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our panelists across a range of different channels.
