Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Handle order change requests, deliver timely updates, and resolve any hiccups along the way to ensure a seamless customer experience. Reduce cancellations, minimize reorders, and eliminate unnecessary refunds by proactively addressing customer concerns and issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop skills and knowledge in customer support, communication, and problem-solving. Essential Qualifications To join our team, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
