- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Process customer transactions, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, escalating complex issues to management as needed

- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping experience

- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or service industry environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
