- *Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information, recommendations, and solutions to meet customer needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, driving sales and revenue growth
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
- Availability to work flexible full-time schedules during customer service hours (8 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday)
