Job Overview


In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to create user-friendly customer advocacy content that transforms complex stakeholder requirements into compelling stories. As a key member of our team, you'll drive Marcom strategy by interviewing customers, authoring creative briefs, and developing impactful storylines that meet our marketing objectives. Your exceptional writing and verbal communication skills will be essential in contributing to story development, writing and revising content for digital and sales enablement teams, and managing administrative tasks that keep our team running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities



  • Developing user-friendly customer advocacy content that originates from complex stakeholder requirements, including Marcom strategy, story development, and administrative tasks.

  • Conducting interviews with customers to gather insights and information that inform our marketing strategy and drive compelling storylines.

  • Authoring creative briefs that capture the essence of our brand and messaging, and developing impactful storylines that resonate with our target audience.

  • Writing and revising content for digital and sales enablement teams, ensuring that all materials are engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand voice and tone.

  • Managing administrative tasks, including team huddles, priority alignment, reporting, communication, required trainings, internal site updates, and staying active in our project management system.

Qualifications and Skills


To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills and experience. These include:



  • Experience in a Customer Marketing or Customer Reference program, with a focus on developing B2B case studies and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • The ability to identify and write compelling narratives for customer pitches and briefs, with a solid understanding of B2B marketing communication fundamentals (channels, audience, content types, messaging) and a digital-first mindset.

  • A passion for content creation and a flair for storytelling, with the ability to transform complex information into engaging and accessible content.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive results.

Compensation and Benefits
