As a Business Intelligence Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support business decisions and customer service operations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses to ensure high-quality data delivery
- Developing and maintaining data models, data governance, and data quality standards
- Providing data analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and visualization
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, and data governance principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights
