We're currently seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. - *A Typical Day in the Life of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative:**

- **Acting as First Point-of-Contact**: Establish a positive and professional relationship with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to their concerns.
- **Entering Client/Patient Information**: Accurately and efficiently enter client information into our website, ensuring seamless communication and record-keeping.
- **Retrieving Information**: Retrieve relevant information related to clients, providing accurate and timely responses to their inquiries.
- **Establishing Professional Relationships**: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support to meet their expectations.

- **Computer Literacy**: Proficiency in navigating multiple programs and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- **Call Center or Customer Service Experience**: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- **Bilingual French Language Support**: Fluency in French language, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in this language.
- **Great Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving.
