- Provide product information, recommendations, and promotions to customers
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide expert advice to customers

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
