  • Administer FEMA IS 100 and 700 courses to clients, ensuring that they receive the necessary training and support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all client information is up-to-date and secure
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
