As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers at arenaflex. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs
- Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
- Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
- Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer experiences
- *What You Bring to the Role**
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six (6) months sales experience, preferably B2B sales
- Strong customer service orientation, including empathy, compassion, and listening skills
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
- Strong computer navigation skills and experience, as this role is 100% remote
- High-speed internet (25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)

- A base wage of $16/hr while studying for your state exam. Once you are licensed, you will receive an increase to your base pay and be eligible for performance-based bonuses
