As a Backup Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and care providers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Assessing client eligibility and specific needs for backup care services, and conducting research to provide referrals for backup care options
- Documenting all client interactions and support issues in the case management system, ensuring accurate and timely updates
- Maintaining high client satisfaction by meeting call center performance metrics, and continuously improving our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients
- *What is Required (Qualifications)**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or a related field
- Experience in a child care and/or adult care setting, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by families
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, care providers, and internal stakeholders
