    Description:
  • Offshore Launch hires remote talent to work full-time with a Client company (CPA firm) while providing agency support.
  • Support bookkeeping and administrative operations for a CPA firm, including client-facing and internal tasks.
  • Input client information into the CRM and manage email communication, follow-ups, and discovery call scheduling.
  • Draft scopes of work and other client documentation.
  • Implement and manage task/project management software (e.g., Asana), import templates and organize tasks.
  • Answer inbound calls via CRM and respond to text messages; navigate client inquiries and transfer leads to team members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in all client interactions.
  • Use pre-designed templates to post content on social media daily and respond to messages/comments.
  • Complete online training courses for project management software and implement processes; organize internal operations and workflows.
    Requirements:
  • Fluent in English.
  • 5+ years proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a virtual or remote capacity.
  • 1+ years experience in bookkeeping or accounting, or a strong interest in learning. Bonus if you have a degree in Accounting.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Keeper, and TaxDome (preferred but not required; training will be provided).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM CST)

  • $900 - $1100/mo. depending on experience
  • $500 bonus at 90 days and up to $2,250 in annual performance bonus
  • 13th month pay
