A designer is someone who is heavily involved in AutoCad, loves sharing new designs that they trust with their peers. Plus, you get a flexible schedule. Work a compressed 4-day workweek? Start earlier and leave earlier? Start later, and leave later? Remote? Hybrid? You name it.
The ideal candidate for the position is someone who:
Β Has experience using popular Cad, ShipConstructor, and Outlook, preferably ABS Guidelines as well.
Β Is capable of speaking publicly about their work and maintaining good relationships with others and their coworkers.
Β Is comfortable on camera to take photos, videos, and other media.
Β Is comfortable traveling for work events/meetings, within reason.
Β Is not pushy but a classy and professional communicator.
