Responsibilities:
Assist executives with day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and arranging travel arrangements
Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
Create and maintain organizational systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Coordinate with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
