We are seeking a Remote Entry Level Travel Specialist to join our team and assist with creating exceptional travel itineraries for our clients. Responsibilities:
Ā Research and gather information on various travel destinations, including attractions, accommodations, and transportation options.
Ā Create customized travel itineraries tailored to each client's interests, budget, and timeline.
Ā Book flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Ā Provide recommendations and advice to clients regarding travel destinations, activities, and logistics.
Ā Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends, promotions, and regulations to offer the best possible service to clients.
Ā Handle inquiries, concerns, and requests from clients in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
Ā Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ā Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ā Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Ā Passion for travel and willingness to learn about different destinations and cultures.
Ā Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional experiences for clients.
Ā Proficiency with computers, computer applications and ability to troubleshoot.
Ā Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred but not required.
Ā Must enjoy research and engaging in client interactions with confidence.
Ā Must be located in the United States and eligible to work in the country.
Ā Must be at least 18 years of age
