Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to customer service
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Basic understanding of construction terminology and processes (beneficial but not required)
- Proficient in using computers, email, and chat platforms; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
