We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in manufacturing. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and assist in the manufacturing process.
- Read and interpret micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments.
- Experience with a boring mill is a plus but not required.
- Use an overhead crane to move materials safely (training provided).
- Ensure quality control by following precise measurements and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and understand measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Willingness to learn and receive on-the-job training.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to lift [insert weight requirement] and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
