Globe Life AO is seeking a Benefits Representative to assist clients with supplemental insurance coverage through scheduled virtual meetings. This role involves providing information, answering questions, and helping clients select appropriate benefit options.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled phone or video meetings with clients
- Explain supplemental life and health insurance products
- Assist clients with applications and required documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance guidelines
Compensation:
- Commission-based position
- Average earnings range from $45,000–$65,000 CAD annually (based on performance)
- Weekly pay with additional performance-based incentives
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the U.S.
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-based role
- Basic computer skills and reliable internet connection
- Willingness to obtain required insurance license (training support provided)
