Job Description

Revvity is seeking an Enterprise Salesforce Architect (Commerce Cloud) who will serve as a trusted advisor to the business, driving conversations with other system architects, Business/Technical subject matter experts, and Product Management/Finance teams that promote effective sales process, product modeling and pricing best practices and effective order capture processes.

The Architect will also advise internal resources, providing guidance and best practices as well be primarily responsible for technical product architecture and development in the areas of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Field Service and Salesforce B2B commerce. This role will engage with these customers and review key artifacts to keep programs on track and ensure the delivered solutions remain extendable and maintainable going forward.
• This is a Hybrid position - working 3 days onsite at our Waltham, MA Headquarters (preferably Tues/Weds/Thurs) and 2 days remote from your home office (preferably Mon/Fri).

Key Responsibilities:
• Govern and oversee the Salesforce platform across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Salesforce B2B Commerce, and Salesforce Field Service).
• Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.
• Providing strategic technical insight with respect to Salesforce.
• Comprehend and uphold release management best practices – related to internal release management and product functionality upgrades coming from the vendor.
• Understanding of key salesforce.com architectural concepts (API, governor limit, force.com platform, Test coverage, Apex, Visual Force, Workflow, Process Builder, Triggers etc.) and how they influence design.
• Have a good understanding of MDM- Customer, Accounts, Contacts, Product, vendors etc.
• Manage and optimize integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, MDM, e-commerce.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce platform with multiple ERPs.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.
• Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Salesforce platform.
• Advise on business requirement documents, user stories, functional specifications, and system design specifications.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis to define technical design.
• Translate business requirements into the technical design that ensures fewer revisions needed along the way because the needs analysis was conducted thoroughly.
• Serving as a technical adviser for out of the box Salesforce.com features and functions.
• Managing the relationship with key business stakeholders to help define and meet business priorities.
• Coordinate and communicate process and system changes impact with cross-functional teams.
• Should be responsible in improving the overall processes and adoption using the Force.com platform through trainings and awareness sessions.
• Work closely with Salesforce team to understand the latest trends.

Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, MIS, or related discipline (Masters preferred).
• 7+ years of extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, with expertise in multiple Salesforce clouds.
• 15+ years of hands-on experience on Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience on Salesforce.com including Revenue Cloud, Field Service and B2B commerce and Data Cloud implementation, from business requirements assessment to solutions as well as coordinating/leading solution design, development/configuration, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams.

Preferred Requirements:
• Certified Salesforce Application Architect, Certified Salesforce Admin and Certified CPQ Specialist; Certified Salesforce Technical Architect desired, Certified Salesforce Field Service.
• Strong knowledge and experience in understanding of GTM (Go-to-Market) plan and strategy and execute related process and system changes with a plan.
• Excellent track record of delivering successful systems implementations with high stakeholder satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud and SFS capabilities and B2B commerce, best practices and limitations and the ability to clearly communicate those to key stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge and experience working on integrations between systems and data flows.
• Strong understanding and experience on Master Data management tools and framework.
• Hands on experience on data migration across platforms.
• Experience on Agile methodologies.
• Ability to accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally.
• Ability to analyze the business processes and business systems for inefficiencies and lead internal customers to success.
• Ability to lead and facilitate recommendations for solutions or improvements and reviewing solutions that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
• Demonstrated ability to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of developing integration solutions, from conception to launch and post-launch support.
• Experience in back-end development of Salesforce including but not limited to design of data models, a strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL, and usage of web technologies.
• Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development team.
