Program Overview
The Program supports the global IT infrastructure that underpins medical readiness for the Army, Navy, and Air Force. This includes sustaining both on-premise and cloud-based environments serving over 200,000 users and 250,000 end-user devices across 250 sites worldwide. The program manages core identity, access, and directory services essential to mission-critical healthcare delivery within the Military Health System. Team members contribute to a broad range of IT operations and modernization efforts that directly impact service members, veterans, and their families. This is a high-impact environment supporting both peacetime healthcare and wartime readiness across the DoD medical enterprise.
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Management (EM) OSD Administrator β Tier III to join our team supporting a large-scale federal IT environment. This role focuses on managing and maintaining the Operating System Deployment (OSD) infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient deployment of operating systems across physical and virtual environments.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize OSD task sequences, driver packages, and imaging tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment failures across diverse endpoint configurations.
- Develop, update, and maintain OSD configurations to meet security and operational standards.
- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise management (EM) toolsets.
- Maintain accurate documentation for OSD processes and deployments.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with OSD using MECM or similar enterprise deployment tools.
- Proficiency in creating and managing OS images, PXE boot processes, and driver management.
- Knowledge of DoD imaging standards, security compliance, and endpoint configurations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (Tier 3/NACLC) clearance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
Education & Certifications:
- Candidates must meet one of the following combinations:
- Certification: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate AND one of the following:
- Bachelorβs degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Possession of a DoD 8140 Baseline Certification (e.g., Security+ CE, SSCP, GSEC, Cloud+, CISSP).
- Completion of relevant DoD or Military Technical Training (training code list available upon request).
