Position: Dynamics Business Central (BC) Consultant
Location: Greater Cincinnati area – role will be mainly remote
Type: Contract – projected for 18 months
Heavy need for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Business Central consultant to provide ongoing ERP support, enhancements, and user issue resolution. Major focus is “support” not just on implementing new features … but also sustaining and optimizing existing systems.
Flow Control Holdings is a specialized engineering company that manufactures and supplies sanitary and high-purity flow control components tailored for critical industries like food, beverage, and pharmaceuticals.
- Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support resource for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (and legacy Navision as applicable) across manufacturing, distribution, purchasing, and quote-to-cash processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues; identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and manage configuration changes.
- Lead small-to-medium ERP enhancement projects from scope through deployment, with minimal direction.
- Support related systems and integrations, including EDI, eCommerce, SQL, and Insight Works extensions (Dynamic Ship, DocXtender, Graphical Scheduler, etc.).
- Create and deliver user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer for system changes and best practices.
- Maintain system configuration documentation and coordinate or perform testing for modifications.
- Analyze large datasets for reporting, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $56.00 - $60.00 per hour
