About the position
- Responsibilities
- Provide a professional customer-oriented approach when dealing with the public and senior-level officials within DOE/NNSA.
- Assist and manage the synchronization and coordination for scheduling calendar events for the Associate Administrator and two Deputy Associate Administrators.
- Prepare correspondence for Associate Administrator's signature, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Establish and maintain office files, tracking synchronization and timely execution of NA-MB actions via the Electronic Document Online Correspondence and Concurrence System (eDOCS).
- Interface with other NNSA support services for scheduling meeting spaces and call-in numbers.
- Handle quarterly NNSA Graduate Fellowship Program (NGFP) meetings, including reserving conference spaces and coordinating building access with security.
- Prepare various briefing materials and reports, including side-by-side comparisons and summary documents.
- Edit and produce final copies of formal correspondence, reports, and a variety of analytical documents.
- Review documents for Director's signature for accuracy and completeness.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience or high school diploma + 9 years of experience.
- Active DOE 'Q' or DoD Top Secret clearance.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 2+ years of demonstrated foreign travel experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

- 3-6 years of demonstrated foreign travel experience.
- 5-8 years of experience working in a front-office or office management position.
- Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $84,000 - $87,000 per year.
