- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Manage marketing and sales budget for optimal ROI
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years experience in agency digital marketing, including web design, paid advertising and SEO/SEM
- 5+ years successful sales leadership experience
- 3+ years progressive leadership experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies and execution
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Excellence in team leadership and development
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with remote/hybrid teams
