Job Overview

Saint AI Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Director of Corporate & Community Partnerships to lead territory-based outreach and partnership development across businesses, corporations, municipal partners, and individual philanthropists.

This role focuses exclusively on organizational and institutional outreach β€” not mass individual donor calling. Outreach includes corporate giving, sponsorships, partnerships, municipal grants or program support, and high-net-worth individual philanthropy.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience engaging executives, business owners, CSR leaders, public officials, and philanthropic decision-makers, and is comfortable initiating professional conversations by phone and email while leveraging modern AI tools to scale research, outreach, and follow-up.

Saint AI Foundation is a Massachusetts-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit advancing applied AI, data science education, workforce development, and community-based innovation.

This role begins as a contract or volunteer engagement with performance-based incentives, with a clear pathway to a paid W-2 role based on meeting defined targets, KPIs, and organizational funding capacity.

    Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory-Based Outreach & Partnership Development
  • Conduct outbound phone and email outreach to:
  • Small and medium-sized businesses
  • Mid-market and enterprise corporations
  • Municipal and city agencies
  • Individual philanthropists / major donors
  • Engage prospects around:
  • Corporate donations and sponsorships
  • Mission-aligned partnerships
  • Municipal grants, sponsorships, or program support
  • Philanthropic contributions aligned with community impact
  • Build professional relationships with executives, CSR leaders, public officials, and philanthropic stakeholders
    Outreach Volume & Activity Expectations
  • Perform high-volume, qualified outreach within an assigned territory, with a target of up to 100 professional prospect touchpoints per day, including phone calls and personalized follow-up emails
  • Focus on qualified organizational and philanthropic prospects, not consumer-style cold calling
  • Send timely, professional follow-up emails with clear next steps and partnership materials
  • Adjust outreach volume based on prospect type (enterprise, municipal, philanthropic), deal size, and relationship depth
    Outreach targets support consistent pipeline activity and may vary based on campaign strategy and prospect complexity.AI-Enabled Outreach & Productivity (Required)
  • Actively use AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or comparable platforms) to:
  • Research organizations, municipalities, and philanthropic prospects
  • Personalize outreach and follow-up messaging
  • Draft partnership communications and summaries
  • Improve outreach efficiency and consistency
  • Apply professional judgment to ensure AI-assisted content is accurate, ethical, compliant, and mission-aligned
  • Maintain data privacy, confidentiality, and professionalism when using AI tools
    Strategy & Relationship Development
  • Identify opportunities for corporate sponsorships, multi-year partnerships, and recurring philanthropic support
  • Support outreach to cities and municipalities for grants, sponsorships, or program partnerships
  • Advise leadership on territory-specific partnership strategy and funding opportunities
    Tracking & Accountability
  • Accurately document outreach activity, conversations, and outcomes
  • Track progress against partnership, funding, and outreach KPIs
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical nonprofit development standards
    Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in nonprofit development, partnerships, fundraising, or business development
  • Demonstrated experience engaging businesses, corporations, municipalities, or individual philanthropists
  • Required: demonstrated professional experience using AI-assisted tools to support prospect research, outreach, follow-up, and workflow efficiency
  • Comfort initiating professional conversations related to donations, sponsorships, partnerships, or public-sector funding
  • Experience managing territory-based or portfolio-based outreach
  • Strong understanding of ethical nonprofit fundraising and partnership practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
    Education

    Compensation & Incentive StructurePerformance-Based Incentive (Initial Phase)
  • Eligible to receive up to 1% of donations, sponsorships, or partnership funding generated through direct outreach
  • Incentives are not commission-based wages, but performance-based stipends aligned with nonprofit development best practices
  • Incentive eligibility, calculation method, and payment cadence will be clearly defined in a written agreement

    Examples (Monthly Funding Secured):
  • $250,000 secured β†’ Up to $2,500 incentive

  • $1,000,000 secured β†’ Up to $10,000 incentive

Incentives are calculated based on qualified funding generated through direct outreach efforts and are subject to verification and organizational approval.
