About the position
- Responsibilities
- Lead Luxury Brand and GDS initiatives to enhance performance and innovation.
- Explore and define opportunities for design and construction projects.
- Engage with internal and external partners to facilitate renovations and redevelopment projects.
- Review project documents for compliance with GDS and Brand standards.
- Deliver recommendations and approval documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Requirements
- Five years of experience in Luxury & Lifestyle Brand strategy-focused roles in hospitality design, project management, and construction.
- Four years of experience in corporate communications and team management.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, InDesign, Bluebeam, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Advanced degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture & Design, or Real Estate Development.
- Fifteen years of hospitality experience in design and construction roles in the Luxury & Lifestyle sector.
