About Us

GRIFFYS Organics is a fast-growing premium wellness brand focused on cold-pressed juice, smoothies, and functional nutrition. We operate multiple retail locations and an e-commerce platform, and we’re building a strong digital infrastructure to support our growth.

We are looking for a highly organized Digital Operations Assistant to help manage and maintain the technical side of our digital ecosystem. This role ensures our online ordering systems, menus, and integrations stay accurate and running smoothly.

Role Overview

You will act as the operational point person for small technical updates, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with app support teams when needed. Your job is to make sure our digital systems stay organized, accurate, and functioning properly so our team can focus on running the business.

Responsibilities

App & Online Ordering Management

  • Manage menu updates and product changes in our mobile app (Craver)
  • Update pricing, availability, product descriptions, and modifiers
  • Monitor and troubleshoot customer ordering issues
  • Test the ordering flow regularly to ensure a smooth user experience

Website & Shopify Updates

  • Add and update products on Shopify
  • Upload product images and descriptions
  • Maintain product bundles and collections
  • Identify and fix simple site issues or inconsistencies

Technical Coordination

  • Communicate with app support teams (Craver, Shopify apps, etc.)
  • Escalate bugs or technical issues to the appropriate platforms
  • Track open support tickets and follow through until resolved

Operational Organization

  • Maintain a running log of tech issues and improvements
  • Provide weekly updates on fixes, updates, and suggestions
  • Help keep our digital infrastructure organized and reliable

Ideal Candidate

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable learning and managing digital tools
  • Experience with Shopify, SaaS apps, or mobile app dashboards
  • Strong written communication for support tickets and troubleshooting
  • Able to work independently and proactively solve small issues

Bonus Skills (not required)

  • Experience with Craver, food ordering apps, or restaurant tech
  • Experience with Zapier, integrations, or basic automation
  • Familiarity with loyalty programs or affiliate platforms

Time Commitment

10–20 hours per week with flexibility.
