As our Digital Marketing Specialist for the EMEA Digital Hub, you'll plan and run campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok, turning hiring targets into a steady flow of qualified candidates across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. As a Digital Marketing Specialist , your daily responsibilities will include: Plan and run paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and whatever comes next. Partner with Talent Acquisition to understand hiring needs and build the right strategy. Own the full campaign lifecycle: audience, budget, timeline, creative brief, optimization. Strategize hand-in-hand with our Digital Marketing Strategist, who'll be there to guide you and help you grow. Research markets, personas, and keywords, then turn those insights into action. Monitor performance daily, catch what's drifting, and scale what works. Team up with content and design to make sure the creative fits the audience. Build weekly and monthly reports that go beyond the numbers: what happened, why, and what's next. Share what works so the whole team levels up. To succeed in the role, you will need to have: Fluent in Portuguese & English, written and spoken. Proactive: you spot problems and fix them without being asked. Analytical and detail-oriented, with a habit of benchmarking and checking everything. A clear communicator, comfortable talking to teammates and senior stakeholders alike. Organized, deadline-driven, able to handle multiple projects at once. A team player who's also happy working independently. Curious, always learning, open to new challenges – eager to play with AI Hands-on experience with paid social (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ads. Your marketing savvy: landing pages, UTMs, custom audiences, retargeting, pixel setup. You A/B test and act on what you find. You can read analytics and turn them into strategic recommendations – what drives performance. Google or Meta certifications are a nice bonus. Recruitment marketing experience too.
