We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Leader for Social Ecosystem to join our team. As a key member of our consumer products division, you will be responsible for leading our social media strategy and activation across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Β Develop and execute paid/organic social ecommerce strategies for Direct-to-Consumer Retail.
Β Manage and lead a team across paid and organic social media for consumer products businesses.
Β SUPPORT the team in running optimal campaigns and ad setups, including best practices for product data feeds.
Β Continuously improve growth of in-house teams and responsibilities with an eye toward efficiency.
Β Owning social media activation platform suite, including future partnership additions.
Β Partnering with teams to identify and design (or use 3rd party) tools to improve efficiency.
Β Collaborating across teams, organizations, and companies to enhance technical setup and inter-departmental workflow.
Requirements & Skills
Β 10+ years digital marketing experience with ecommerce background.
Β Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and related tools.
Β Understanding of online/offline data and its use in the digital and social space.
Β Strong grasp on analytics, measurement, and proper test structures to coach the team on advanced analysis and testing.
Β Familiarity and ability to improve team's use of work management platforms such as Workfront, JIRA, Smartsheets, etc.
Β Comfort with high level of autonomy.
Β Ability to distill very technical details into understandable everyday terms that motivate action through aligned values and goals.

Earnings Estimate
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $140,000 - $180,000 based on industry standards and average salaries for similar roles.
