Responsibilities
Β Enter customer and account information from diverse sources into our database.
Β Identify and correct errors using quality control methods.
Β Review data for discrepancies and seek additional information for incomplete documents.
Β Notify team leads regarding issues with data entry or system acceptance.
Β Maintain a daily production log to document time and work accurately.
Requirements
Β High school diploma or equivalent.
Β 2 years of experience in data entry is preferred.
Β Excellent skills in alpha and number recognition.
Β Ability to work efficiently and accurately, achieving a keystroke rate of 10,000 per hour (45-50 wpm).
Β Strong oral and written communication skills.
Β Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with minimal supervision.
