Job Summary
As a dedicated CDL-A driver on our Darigold fleet, you'll be transporting dairy products, such as milk, cheese, and butter, across the Northwest region. This is a no-touch freight position, meaning you can focus on what you do best – driving. With deliveries spanning from Burley, Idaho to major cities like Seattle, WA; Portland, OR; and Boise, ID, this role offers consistent work and great pay while allowing you to be home weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a CDL-A vehicle, transporting dairy products across the Northwest region
- Load and unload dairy products at designated locations
- Maintain a safe and clean driving record, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other drivers to ensure smooth delivery operations
- Keep accurate records of hours of service, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
- Participate in regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
Schedule and Home Time
We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer a weekly 34-hour home time reset. Our drivers enjoy regular home time, allowing them to rest and recharge for the next week's deliveries. You'll be driving top-of-the-line, automatic transmission trucks with refrigerated trailers, and you'll be required to park equipment at a truck stop during home time.

Our routes begin in Burley, Idaho, and cover the Northwest region, including:
- Seattle, WA
- Tukwila, WA
- Portland, OR
- Boise, ID
Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive pay and benefits to our dedicated CDL-A drivers, including:
- Average weekly pay: $1,236
- Top weekly pay: $1,478
- Annual salary range: $64,272 - $76,856

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Essential Qualifications
- CDL-A license with a good driving record
- 3+ months of experience as a CDL-A driver
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
