- Our sales team has become more dynamic in our ability to offer more solutions to our Clients. We are growing our SOLAR PANEL CONTRACT - CANCELLATION SERVICE TEAM. Similar to time "TimeShare Exits" we are aggressively cancelling out fraudulent contracts.
- Solar Relief - UNSELL Solar installs. That is right. Help people break bad contracts that have left them with utility bills higher than before they got Solar. We are 1 of 3 companies nationwide that provide third party legal services to homeowners to legally break their solar contracts.
- Debt Settlement Agents solving unsecured debt which is at an all time high.
- Time Share Agents - experience with finance contract sales.
- WHAT WE NEED:
- Closers that can sell “high ticket items”
- Professional tone, politeness, ability to listen, find the “pain points” and fit our callers in the best plan.
- Ability to work. We are busy, we need guys/gals that want to make money. If you want to just get by, don’t call us.
- Answering Calls - You are our callers first point of contact. We need you to be professional, polite, and confident.
- Computer proficient. Potential Customers are THEMSELVES setting appointments directly with you (phone appointments - no face to face). You need to navigate our CRM, SMS out of it, schedule appointments, call clients when you say you will.
- Be a Solution based person - Providing empathetic support while qualifying quickly.
- Computer/Phone (headset) - Know your way around a phone system and computer. Transferring calls, 3 way, etc.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software, documenting interactions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business development and enhance service offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
- HOW IT WORKS:
- Inbound Form leads. 24/7 campaign. ALL INBOUND!!! Exclusive LEADS..
- Potential Clients fill out an online form (30% set their own appointment with you - based on rep calendar of availability).
- From your CRM, you text them for the best time to talk, then call them to follow up.
- THE INTERVIEW, they inquired with us, they are excited to speak to someone, find the problem "_Top REPS find the Pain Points",_ determine if we can help, explain the fee, SET a follow up call (this is a 2 CALL CLOSE)
- HOW YOU GET PAID:
- What you earn is what you take home. What does that mean?
- EAT what you KILL.. Commission ONLY, 1099.
- Average FEE is $5,000, less fees = NET TO YOU +$1000/day (goal 2-4 deals a day)*
- Sunday to Saturday Clients that pay, pay YOU the following FRIDAY (Zelle, Direct Deposit, etc.)
- Monthly bonuses, tiered compensation for top performers $$
- Tiered compensation plan. More you write, more you make.

As a Full Service Financial Advisor, you are the first person our callers hear from.
Helping callers feel safe and trusting us.
- We are looking for individuals that are self-starters, competitive, and have a positive outlook.
- Strong and confident on the phone.
- Independent and go-getter mindset.
- MUST have TIME MANAGEMENT ABILITY (multitasking a must)
- MUST be PROFICIENT w/ computer and typing skills
