Job Description
The Data Entry Keyer will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in our internal databases and secure systems. This role plays a key part in the integrity and reliability of data used across our cybersecurity operations and analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update sensitive data into our secure systems and proprietary platforms.
Review data for errors and make necessary corrections.
Verify source documents for completeness and accuracy.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.
Perform regular backups and data integrity checks.
Communicate with other departments to resolve data discrepancies.
Assist in compiling and generating data reports as required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
1+ year of data entry or administrative experience.
Strong keyboarding skills (minimum 60 WPM with high accuracy).
Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology and data types is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry tools.
