Job Description
## Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines for both on-chain and off-chain data sources
Performing data analysis to surface actionable insights on user behavior, protocol activity, and liquidity trends
Building and managing internal dashboards and reporting tools to support product, engineering, and operations teams
Collaborating closely with engineering and research teams to support experimentation, metric definition, and model development
Proactively identifying data quality issues and implementing solutions to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- ## Who You Are3-7 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related rolesProficiency with Python, SQL, and modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, BigQuery)Comfortable working with APIs, event streams, and real-time or near-real-time datasetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguityPrior experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments is a plusInterest in DeFi, blockchain, or market infrastructure is highly desirable
