Job Description

Monitor data collection and data collection protocols
Design, develop, and maintain VISUALLY APPEALING tailored dashboards using Tableau/Power BI or other data visualization software for real-time performance monitoring
Streamline reporting processes, increase efficiency in data retrieval and presentation accuracy
Conduct system analysis and implementation to maintain and improve computer systems to generate lengthy reports in an efficient and timely manner
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for centralized access to prior and future reporting initiatives and process information
Interprets, synthesizes, and analyzes data
Manage multiple large project databases of qualitative and quantitative data
Provide technical assistance to PRC, community, and state partners for dashboards and data reports
Create and generate annual reports for schools, counties, community and state partners, including written reports and presentations
Regularly schedules, organizes, and reports on status of data management activities to project team
Collaborate with state and community partners to implement data-driven strategies and integrate evaluation findings into continuous quality improvement initiatives

Bachelor's degree in public health, psychology, sociology, social work, public administration, Data Analytics and Design, Data Visualization, Software Engineering or a related discipline
Masters’ degree or higher preferred
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in biostatistics, epidemiology, data analysis and data visualization including application of statistical methodology
Knowledge of research methodology in a community setting
Knowledge of program development and management
Demonstrated organizational skills to plan and prioritize tasks
Excellent communication skills (oral, telephone, written, face-to-face) and ability to perform in a professional manner in a variety of settings and with individuals of various backgrounds and skill levels
Ability to manage multiple project activities with an appropriate degree of attention to detail
Effective public speaking skills
Specific skills in data visualization software required (such as Tableau, Microsoft BI, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Python/Python 3, SAS, Tableau, Oracle, SharePoint, REDCap, Java C++ etc.) are preferred
Preferable proficiency in Sage X3, ArcGIS Pro
