Job Description

MSP Corp is a national leader in managed IT services, partnering with exceptional companies to find the right talent. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to analyze customer purchasing behavior and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

Analyze and manipulate large datasets (“slice and dice” data) to identify trends and opportunities
Review customer invoices and purchasing patterns to better understand buying behavior
Create targeted customer lists and personas based on purchasing activity and segmentation
Produce reports and insights on customer behavior for marketing and sales teams
Work with data stored in a data lake to extract, analyze, and structure relevant information

Skills

Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into business insights
Strong skills in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar)
Ability to work with structured and unstructured data in a data lake environment
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
Bilingual: an asset
Experience in customer analytics, segmentation, or marketing insights is an asset
