Job Title: Data Analyst — Build Live Performance Dashboard

Description
We're a law firm that needs a live, web-based dashboard so our lead trainer can track the performance of our 8-person intake team in real time. Right now everything is tracked manually in spreadsheets — we want to automate it.
The dashboard will pull data from:
Our phone system (phone system — call logs, transfers, duration)
Our case management system (case management — accepted cases, legal fees, etc)
Our Lead Sources
Google Sheets (bridge during transition)
What we need at a high level:
Two dashboard views — one for overall team performance, one broken out by lead source
Date range filtering, sortable columns, monthly goal tracking
Auto-refreshing data (at least every 15 min)
Mobile-friendly, opens in a browser — no software installs
Training for our non-technical team + documentation for ongoing maintenance
We have a detailed project scope document with full data mapping, integration requirements, and a visual mockup of the finished dashboard. These will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
