Job Description
We are looking for a service-minded and reliable team member to work 20–25 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Customer support via email and direct communication with clients
- Guiding clients through our systems and ensuring everything is set up correctly
- Hosting daily live meetings with interested clients (Monday–Friday)
- Live meetings must take place at a fixed time every weekday: 9:30 AM New York time
- Meetings last 1–3 hours and vary in content day to day
- Light social media–related tasks
Requirements:
- Strong customer service mindset
- Fluent English is required
- Spanish or other languages are a strong plus
- Comfortable communicating with clients and hosting live online meetings
- Able to take screenshots and screen recordings for support and guidance
