What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a contract Customer Service Shift Lead within our Buyatab division. This position falls under our Prepaid line of business and is a remote position based in Vancouver, Canada. In this role, you will manage and resolve day-to-day escalated inquires and assist with client escalation support. You will report directly to the Manager, Customer Service and collaborate with other internal teams.
How We Work
As a Customer Service Shift Lead, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Company-issued equipment with remote access
- Formal, hands-on training as needed
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Working closely with the team, motivating, coaching, providing direction and feedback to workers during shifts
- Managing and resolving day-to-day escalated inquiries from B2C customers in a timely manner
- Spotting trends in customer issues to flag for the rest of the team
- Assisting with client escalation support
- Assisting management with monthly reporting
- Fostering and maintaining the Buyatab culture and a positive work environment
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a related field
- Must be located in Vancouver
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Skilled at critical thinking and problem-solving and can not only clearly identify, define, and articulate problems, but develop creative solutions for them
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in a SaaS environment) is an asset but not required
- Passionate about ensuring a high standard of professionalism and providing stellar customer service
- Fast learner and adept at both understanding and articulating new technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and can effectively research the internet
- Prior experience working with customer support tools and ticketing systems such as JIRA/Confluence, Zendesk, Slack

At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is CAD $37,440-$39,520.
