- What You’ll Do:
- Support clients through phone, email, and Zoom
- Guide families in understanding their insurance benefits
- Answer questions and explain plans clearly and simply
- Schedule and host virtual consultations
- Keep records updated and stay informed about our services
- Help clients make confident, informed benefit decisions
- ✅ You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Can communicate clearly and professionally
- Are comfortable using basic tech (Zoom, email, etc.)
- Have a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and love helping people No prior experience needed – we’ll train you from the ground up!
