About This Opportunity
- Location: Remote

- Compensation: Competitive salary ($15.50 - $20.00 per hour) + performance-based incentives

Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative - Collections, you'll be responsible for collecting on low-risk accounts, assisting customers in understanding their financial obligations, and providing guidance to limit losses to the bank. You'll work in a fast-paced, independent environment, requiring strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect on low-risk accounts to minimize delinquency rates
- Assist customers in a professional and empathetic manner to interpret their financial situation and provide guidance
- Negotiate repayment options and handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Maintain accurate documentation and account maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year customer service experience required
- Collections experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and motivated self-starter
- Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Schedule
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 7:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
- Weekly flexible prime-time hours required
