They are seeking a Customer Services Representative to join their after hours team.
Fully remote position but based in South Africa.
The hours for this position offers flexibility, with a 3 day working week of 4 hour shifts per day and a Saturday and Sunday shift of 12 hours per day.
Responsibilities
Β Answer all incoming calls.
Β Resolve client and nurse queries that are within the scope of after-hours.
Β Provide timely responses to queries that come in our texting platform.
Β Notify clients and replace caregiver callouts as necessary.
Β Confirm caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start.
Β Perform initial intake for callers potentially interested in services.
Β Document all scenarios on our platform, as well as update caregiver schedules as needed.
Β Non-urgent Admin projects if time allows.

Β Fluent in English
Β Compassionate and confident
Β Responsible and reliable
Β 10+ yearsΒ work experience in customer service + office duties.
Β Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours
Β Impeccable phone and computer skills
Β Staffing and/or health care experience
Β Experience working remotely and independently to the USA.
Β Quiet and professional work-from-home environment
Β Remotely set up with Wi-Fi and load-shedding back-up
