Seeking a Customer Service Rep for a busy Appliance Service Company in West Caldwell. Candidate must have experience dealing with customers over the phone. We are a Whirlpool Factory Authorized service center, fielding calls from the manufacturer, dealers. and customers directly, seeking information on their existing appointment or future appointment. Need to have good phone manners, strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
