- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, focusing on enrollment, sales, and client representation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with potential customers to guide them through the enrollment process and effectively promote Frontier's wireless services to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Assisting prospective customers with the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately and efficiently.
- Educating customers on product offerings and benefits to facilitate informed decisions.
- Actively promoting and selling products and services to new and existing customers, achieving monthly sales targets.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to better serve customers.
- *Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- *Position Overview**
- **Work Environment:** This role involves both office-based training and on-site customer interactions at designated field locations. As a Customer Representative, you'll engage face-to-face with potential customers to drive enrollments.
- **Position Type:** Full-Time
- **Pay:** Commission Only - Associates are paid a minimum of $70 per new customer they enroll into a service plan. Each Associate is expected to enroll a minimum of 10 new customers per week.
- **Schedule:** Monday-Saturday, averaging 30-40 hours per week.
- **Compensation:** 100% Commission-Based - Associates earn a minimum of $70 per new customer enrollment. Each associate is expected to enroll at least 10 new customers per week.
- **Clients & Products:** We partner with Frontier Communications, specializing in promoting and enrolling new customers into their wireless service plans.
