Your key responsibilities will include: * Taking incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts) and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner * Responding to calls from boutiques and shops, resolving their demands, and providing excellent customer service * Logging call details onto our call management systems and providing response and resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) * Maintaining service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers **Your Qualifications** We're looking for a customer service superstar who is: * Proficient or bilingual in Dutch, with an advanced level of English * Able to work in a fast-paced customer service environment with a positive disposition * Skilled in customer care, with the ability to listen to and understand customers' needs * Able to take ownership of calls and progress them to resolution or escalate them to a higher level of support **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, it's a plus if you have: * Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications, including Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration **Don't Meet Every Requirement?
