About the Job
- Working with enterprise clients on 16 and 40-hour customization packages
- Collaborating with Customer Success Managers to meet client needs and expectations
- Maintaining client-specific design requirements
- Implementing large batches of design changes to existing client themes and components
- Developing new open-source themes for Discourse communities during quieter periods
- Providing support on our Meta forum and via email
Requirements
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with EmberJS or similar JavaScript frameworks
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to interpret brand guidelines and implement conforming design
- Experience with design software like Figma or Sketch (familiarity with building themes for Discourse is a plus)
