Job Summary:
The Customer Care Administrator will coordinate services with care and empathy and provide exceptional support to patients, clients, and staff.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
ย Foster and maintain a professional relationship while building a strong rapport with patients and clients.
ย Responsible for answering and routing incoming calls in a fast-paced medical environment assessing and appropriately responding to customerยs information needs in an accurate, courteous, and competent manner.
ย Process appointment assignments through company navigation software.
ย Maintains excellence in customer service by being compassionate, empathetic, and responsive to the needs of internal and external community.
ย Always maintain patient and family confidentiality.
ย Provides a supportive atmosphere to people seeking information and assists with program information.
ย Continually builds trust with community partners.
ย Promotes leadership and teamwork.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
ย High school diploma or GED
ย Excellent verbal and written and communication skills.
ย Excellent typing and computer skills.
ย Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
ย Knowledge of HIPPA compliance regulations.
