We're looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a B.E.S.T. Representative, commonly referred to as a CSR and Dispatcher. Responsibilities β€’ Use ServiceTitan software to manage schedules and dispatch technicians. β€’ Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management. β€’ Handle customer calls for scheduling, rescheduling, and job coordination. β€’ Manage time-keeping for technicians, technicians jobs, and maintain an above-average booking rate. β€’ Follow up on unsold estimates and completed work, soliciting reviews for technician performance. β€’ Monitor lead quality. Request lead credits when necessary. β€’ Ensure rapid response to leads within 5 minutes. β€’ Work hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (occasionally until 5:00 pm), Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays as needed. β€’ Initially in-office, with potential for remote work once proficient in systems and operations. Requirements β€’ Preferred experience with ServiceTitan software. β€’ Excellent phone and communication skills. β€’ Strong multi-tasking abilities. β€’ Experience in scheduling and dispatching for a home service company is preferred. β€’ Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. β€’ Self-starter, motivated, and a doer.
